FOUNDERS:
> RICCARDO CECCARELLI
Architect graduated at Politecnico di Milano. He worked as an architect for several years in EPTA studio in Milan, which allowed him to develop a problem solving posture. He then pursued his career as visual artist giving space to his creativity and refining his capability in producing solutions together effective, original and divergent.
> ALESSANDRO ROSSI
Milan born and bred, after studying in his home-city and at T.u. Delft, he worked as an architect for 7+ years, before turning to full-time image making. He has been creating pictures for international studios such as OMA, Kuehn Malvezzi, L’Auc, 51N4E and many more.
> STEFANO ZENI
Studied at IUAV university in Venice and Escola da cidade in São Paolo. He has been working as architect for several practices as Baukunst, De Vylder Vinck Taillieu, Jan Kinsbergen and Waldrap. Between 2019 and 2023 he has been teaching assistant at the chair of Christ & Gantenbein at ETH in Zurich. Since 2019, he has been independently producing architecture images for various Swiss offices.
OUT OF RAM IS A CREATIVE OFFICE SPECIALISING IN THE REALM OF DIGITAL MEDIA AND FOCUSING ON THE CREATION OF COMPUTER-GENERATED ENVIRONMENTS THAT DO NOT EXIST IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD.
USING A REPERTOIRE OF VISUAL REFERENCES TAKEN FROM THE FIELD OF SET DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPHY, THEATRE AND CINEMA, OUT OF RAM FOCALISES ON THE ESSENTIAL ASPECTS OF REPRESENTATION: THE VISIBLE AND TACTILE QUALITY OF SURFACES, THE ATMOSPHERE OF LIGHT, THE URBAN AND NATURAL CONTEXT.
COLLABORATING WITH AN HETEROGENEOUS NETWORK OF ARTISTS, ARCHITECTS, AND GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, OUT OF RAM IS COMMITTED TO TRANSFORMING PROJECTS OF DIFFERENT NATURES INTO VIRTUAL REALITIES.
